Today I went a bit further down south to discover the natural wonders of waterfalls Girón has to offer. I was a bit frustrated when I found out I had to wake up early but the views were so worth it. It was an amazing opportunity to be reunited with my hub again and catch up with people I haven't talked to in a WHILE.

I just feel so fortunate to be surrounded by a good group of real people especially important now when my family aren't close by.

Being with nature has been a good 'mindfulness' opportunity it was one of the few times my eye hadn't twitched and I felt at ease.
